GO AZ Motorcycles in Scottsdale is growing and we’re looking for a proven sales professional to help lead our team as an Assistant Sales Manager.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll work with our Sales Manager to oversee a team of sales professionals in a thriving sales department representing 18 new motorcycle/UTV/ATV brands and a wide variety of pre-owned powersports vehicles.

The successful candidate will assist with daily operations, serving as a role model for exceptional customer service and providing training, motivation and structure to the Sales team as well as assuring inventory management and attractive vehicle/showroom displays.

The ideal candidate will have vast sales experience with a history of success in a process-driven environment, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a true passion for powersports and the powersports community.
