GO AZ Motorcycles is growing and we’re looking for a proven sales professional to lead our team as Sales Manager.

 As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will assist the Sales Manager at our busy dealership which features a huge inventory including 14 motorcycle/UTV/ATV brands plus a variety of pre-owned vehicles. You will be responsible to assist with the daily operations, unit sales, and management of the Sales Team within the Sales Department. You will provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle sales by using proactive feature and benefit sales techniques, handle all the paperwork and financing to customers with acceptable profit levels on all metric sales.

The role also comes with a variety of other responsibilities, including inventory management, ensuring sales personnel are alert, well trained, motivated, and available when needed, and assist in setting sales quotas for sales personnel in accordance to their skill levels. You will ensure vehicles are displayed in an attractive manner.
