Floor Manager (GOSC)

GO AZ Motorcycles in Scottsdale is growing and seeking an experienced, customer-focused powersports professional to join our Sales team as a Floor Manager.

As Floor Manager, you’ll support both our sales operations and our finance efforts. You will work closely with every customer to ensure an exceptional buying experience—assisting with favorable financing options, educating customers on protection products, and guiding them through the purchase of their dream motorcycle, ATV, or UTV. You’ll also partner with the Sales Manager to help lead and develop a high-performing sales team, maintaining strong daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and overseeing inventory presentation and showroom standards.

The ideal candidate will have a successful background in powersports or automotive sales, F&I experience, and a proven history of leadership in a dealership or process-driven environment. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a genuine passion for powersports are essential.
