Indian Motorcycle Brand Ambassador (GOSC)

GO AZ Motorcycles is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Indian Motorcycle Brand Ambassador to join our Scottsdale team.

This is a sales-driven role for a true enthusiast — someone who understands the riding lifestyle and can connect with customers in an authentic, knowledgeable way. You’ll represent the Indian Motorcycle brand on the showroom floor, helping riders find the right bike while delivering a premium experience from first conversation through delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Indian Motorcycle on the showroom floor as the brand expert
• Engage customers, understand their riding goals, and guide them to the right unit
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience — not a transactional one
• Build trust and long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Maintain deep knowledge of Indian Motorcycle models, features, and competitive positioning
• Support the sales team in achieving dealership and brand-specific goals
• Follow through with customers before, during, and after the sale to ensure a strong ownership experience

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
• Strong sales instincts with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Professional, confident, and approachable presence
• Self-motivated with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
• Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge at a high level
• Prior sales experience is a plus
