Parts and Service Advisor (GOFS)

GO AZ Motorcycles in Flagstaff is growing and we’re looking for knowledgeable, customer-focused powersports enthusiasts to join our team as a Parts and Service Advisor.

At GO AZ Motorcycles, our Aftersales team is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands powersports vehicles, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
• Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, and expectations
• Write repair orders and coordinate with service technicians
• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service throughout the service process

Parts Professional Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting parts, accessories, and riding gear
• Educate customers on products and new releases
• Merchandise and maintain appealing parts and apparel displays
• Help customers customize their motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing, positive, and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset with motivation to maximize earning potential
