GO AZ Motorcycles is growing and we’re looking for a proven powersports professional to join our management team as Parts Manager.

As Parts Manager, you’ll be responsible for the Parts & Accessory (P&A) department at our busy dealership which features a huge inventory including 6 motorcycle/UTV/ATV brands plus several after-market offerings. You’ll recruit, hire, train, and coach a team of P&A sales professionals tasked with assisting our customers with purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our Service department.

The role also comes with a variety of other responsibilities, including inventory management, developing promotional campaigns, establishing individual sales quotas, ensuring P&A is displayed in an attractive manner, and working closely with the dealership General Manager to make sure sales goals are met.
