Tractor Technician (GOPA)
GO AZ Motorcycles in Payson is growing and busy, and we’re looking for an experienced Tractor Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, recondition, and service KIOTI tractors and related equipment in a shop environment
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and power train system malfunctions and failures
- Identify and evaluate root-cause failures using electronic diagnostic tools, schematics, and proven troubleshooting methods
- Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, associates, and management regarding equipment condition, machine status, and recommended repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a tractor or heavy equipment technician preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with electrical, hydraulic, and power train systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and service documentation
- Professional communication skills and attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship and ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
